I am not on all insurance panels, but I can provide you with a monthly invoice (or “superbill”) that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network health insurance benefits. For example, PPO plans offered by Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna and Aetna pay a portion of the cost of therapy.
Also, some insurance (BHO Managed Care) companies such as Magellan provide an option called a “Single Payer Agreement/ Single Case Agreement”. If your insurance/BHO/Managed Care carrier is unable to provide you with a therapist who is IN Network for you insurance and who is qualified, specializes in your issues/concerns and is readily available to you for an appointment; then you can request a SPA or SCA with the Out of Network provider of your choosing at the IN Network rate.
